Client Service Administrator Learnership
Momentum Metropolitan, a leading insurer, offers an exciting opportunity for an unemployed individual to join their Client Service Administrator Learnership.
The programme commences on 1 February 2024 and provides theoretical knowledge and practical experience, enabling participants to obtain a Service Consultant NQF Level 4 qualification recognized by INSETA.
Successful learners will have the chance to kick-start their career in the industry.
Requirements:
- Only South African citizens aged between 18-25 are eligible to apply.
- Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% in English, Pure Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting (advantageous).
- No prior participation in a learnership.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of client service processes and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide relevant information and documentation as per guidelines.
- Adhere to legislative and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver on service level agreements to manage client expectations.
